Alright Charlotte Jeep® Club, time for the first Badge of Honor trail ride for 2024! It'll be the last weekend in February, Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th. (You can join us for either day, if you don't want to do both.)

🚨NOTE: We highly recommend familiarizing yourself with the park. Additionally, Gulches REQUIRES you to sign a Waiver of Liability. For everything you need to know about Gulches and a link to the Waiver, click here: https://www.gulchesorvpark.com/

👉NOTE: Gulches has a Camping area if you'd like to camp for Saturday night. If you're not a camper, there are a few hotels approx. 30 min away in nearby Clinton or Greenwood.

Regretfully, Blue Blaze Brewing is closing its doors soon. They've been gracious enough to invite us to host one more Meet-Up! Let's come out and show how much we appreciate them!

As before, we'll park in the main parking lot across Turner Ave. Expect a ton of jeeps, a beer pour station and yard games! Meet and mingle with other Jeep enthusiasts as you sip on our fresh craft beer!

📢 Ok Folks, come out and give us a hand! Let's help out the place that gives us sooo much FUN!

The US Forest Service is hosting a trail workday and clean-up at the Badin Lake OHV Trail Complex at Uwharrie. We'll do trail maintenance, replace signage, block illegal trails, pick-up trash, etc.

The meet-up location is at the Uwharrie Hunt Camp at 9am, then we'll break into crews and head out from there. After we're done, enjoy the trails for the rest of the day, if you like! 😁

NOTE: 👉 Be prepared to work and have fun! Wear appropriate work clothes: long-sleeved shirts, pants, closed-toe shoes/boots and work gloves. Bring something for lunch, water and snacks!

📣 Are you a newbie to off-road driving or just need to polish up your skills? We have the answer!

In cooperation with Overland Experts (OEX) we're offering the Fundamentals of Driving class on May 18th, at Uwharrie. The cost is $300 per vehicle and includes morning coffee, lunch, course material and certificate of completion. This class is stock friendly, DOES NOT require a modified vehicle.

We will meet at the entrance to the OEX training center (4528 NC HWY 109 N Troy, NC 27371) at 8:30 am. You will see our vehicles and an OEX event flag marking the entrance. The class is scheduled to run until 4:30 pm. Sometimes we're having too much fun or a recovery is in process, and we run overtime.

It's a good idea to dress for the weather, and make sure to have close-toed shoes that you don't mind getting muddy or dirty. You might want to bring a pair of work gloves as well. Bringing bug spray and sunscreen is a good idea as the class takes place outside. Never hurts to have extra water and snacks too!

Alright folks, time for another Badge of Honor trail ride for 2024! Come out and join us! Although we'll probably start with a couple of easy trails as a warm up, you'll need a lift (3"+ recommended) and off-road tires preferably 35's or larger. (Lockers would also be a big help.)

As always, we'll meet at the Eldorado Outpost first and roll out from there.

🚨 The plan is to Convoy in together, if you're interested! We're meeting at the Food Lion in Richfield, NC at 10:30am, then rolling out from there.
